Tai Chi Styles

Pikes Peak Dao teaches two styles of Tai Chi. For beginners we recommend Yang style Tai Chi. This is the most popular style of Tai Chi Practiced around the world. Yang style includes the basic postures and soft flowing motions.

Wudang Style Tai Chi is the original Tai Chi style developed at Wudang Mountain by Zhang San Feng. While soft and flowing, the stances tend to be deeper and more physical.
